  • Every engagement begins with a scoping conversation at no charge — to establish whether there is a genuine fit before any commitment is made.
  • Pricing is agreed upfront and fixed. No hourly rates. No day-rate surprises. No scope creep invoices.
  • Payment is milestone-based — tied to defined deliverables and acceptance criteria, not to time spent.
  • If a milestone is not delivered to the agreed specification, it is not invoiced. The risk sits with me, not with you.
  • Engagements are conducted under Swiss law as a Werkvertrag — a contract for work and services — giving you full legal clarity on deliverables and liability.
  • Confidential mandates are handled with complete discretion. No client names, no engagement details are ever disclosed without explicit permission.
  • With the client's explicit consent, trusted subcontractors may be involved for specific workstreams — always under the same fixed-price and confidentiality terms.
